Project Manager required to roll out a Nationwide NHS project across the London NHS Trusts. The role will primarily focus on Stakeholder Management and will require the continuation and maintenance of Senior Executive level confidence to secure sustainable relationships and sponsorship for this NHS project and the wider aims of integration between parties. The post holder will be required to engage and manage NHS Trust stakeholders; ensure Trusts are compliant with the project's requirements; act as a point of escalation on risks and issues; manage and monitor progress towards key milestones and offer support on the implementation of the RPP interface as subject matter experts.
Following on from the release of the project upgrades, Project Managers will ensure that organisations are compliant to the requirements of the solution and the wider initiatives and that they are adequately prepared and ready for its implementation. During the implementation, the Project Manager will maintain an ongoing relationship with Trusts undergoing implementation and their respective Project Teams as their lead and expert, championing the project and the wider initiatives, monitoring and guiding them through the implementation and its defined milestones. Additionally, the Account Manager will escalate issues to the appropriate authority, local Executive level Sponsors within the programme management governance arrangements as appropriate and where necessary.
