Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst - FSA/BOE

A number of Business Analyst jobs available within the UK Regulatory Programme of a Global Investment Bank based in the city.

The area controls a number of strategic and mandatory projects and works alongside a BAU team supporting changes underlying new regulations implemented by Bank of England and FSA.


Core duties will include:


- Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

- Analysis  and mapping of existing systems

- Testing lifecycle - strategies through to UAT

- Business and functional specifications

- Stakeholder management

Candidates must have strong understanding of  FSA REGULATORY RULES for Investment firms/banks and/or BANK OF ENGLAND statistical reporting. Particular rules of interest are FSA 001, 015, 017, 018 and 044. BOE reporting will include BT, CA, C1, PL, BG, DQ, AD, AL and HF.

Candidates will come from a  INVESTMENT BANKING  background and will have full project lifecycle experience with strong product exposure . Candidates will have advanced Excel and Access skills, experience working with Oracle systems would also be an advantage.

This would suit a candidate who has worked within a BAU role within a regulatory environment and has moved into a business analysis role.
