Support Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support

A market leading company based in Guildford, Surrey, GU1, have a vacancy for Support Desk Analyst.

The successful candidate?s role will be to register and received incidents and undertake an immediate effort to resolve the issue. You will have to log all incidents, respond to basic customer queries within an agreed time scale and carry out documented checks to establish if the fault is a hardware or Software issue.

You will need to be able answer simple ?How do I? questions, resolve common support issues where known fixes are documented on Knowledge base and to process service requests.

THIS ROLE IS ON A SHIFT BASIS BETWEEN 0700 AND 0030, INCLUDING WEEKEND SAND BANK HOLIDAYS.
