We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our London office.

The Role
The role will involve working on major business critical systems integration projects in a Professional Services division.
Key tasks will include the Project Management of large-scale, multi-million pound, complex projects, managing customer relationship and key partners, as well as managing multi-disciplinary & multi-national teams and subcontractors.
Teams of multi disciplines and various sizes will be required to be managed.

Responsibilities of the role will include:
* Directing and controlling the design, development and implementation of solutions
* Reporting to internal Management and Client on the progress and performance of the projects, whilst taking full responsibility
* Managing projects at or below the budgeted time & cost, to ensure sustainable profitability & achieve customer satisfaction
* Managing 3rd party relationships with stakeholders and customer base
* Managing Statement of Work and work with commercial teams to define and implement Terms and Conditions
* Organising budget & plans and defining all aspects of the programme schedule and workload
* Producing and delivering presentations
* Identifying, quantifying, allocating the responsibilities and managing the mitigation of risk


Mandatory Skills:
* Proven Project Management skills (ideally certified as a scrum master) with experience of responsibility for project scoping, planning, resourcing, communications, budget management and project quality assurance
* Previous experience as a Project Manager, with a full hands-on SDLC experience, preferably large enterprise environment systems integrations and roll-outs
* Experience of a range of industry standard project management methodologies at least two from Agile, RUP, DSDM, RAD, Extreme Programming, Iterative, Lean Programming
* Working in an Agile environment
* Previous applications development knowledge within a service company environment (ie external client / stakeholders)
* Strong project management skills with a track record in delivering large complex IT solutions

Desirable skills:
The candidates will have commercial experience in one or more of the following skills:
* Previous working experience within a Systems Integration or Software house
* Security Cleared to SC level (not essential)
* Working with large blue chip clients or government agencies
* Experience and certification in ITIL

Candidates must have extensive experience in successfully handling large and complex environments through the full life cycle, from initiation to delivery.
Experience of budgetary control between , 1million to 5 million, managing 20+ senior members of staff and negotiating with 3rd party suppliers is a requirement.

Candidates must have good knowledge of a formal management Methodology eg Prince 2, SCRUM as well as excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
