1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst

1st and 2nd line Help Desk Support Analyst is urgently required to join a City based financial institution.
Candidates must have proven PC and Laptop and general network connectivity/troubleshooting experience. Experience of setting up PC?s and laptops remote access services and devices is required.
A good working knowledge of MS Office 2002-2003 and some knowledge of Office 2007, Windows based network/Server support skills (Windows 2003 based network), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Exchange Server (2003 and above) is required . You must have excellent 1st and 2nd Line Help Desk skills with good communication, questioning and problem solving skills.
This is an excellent position to join a growing IT department in an international financial organisation. The salary range is £25K - £30K plus excellent benefits package.
