Dutch Speaking IT Service Desk Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
To provide support for firm staff whether located at in home office or client site.
To provide telephone support on desktop, laptop, PDA, printers, telephones and any other emerging technology and related system issues.
To provide Windows XP, MS Office, Lotus Notes and industry specific software support and basic user administration as required in order support the user-base.
To accurately maintain and update the call logging system in the course of undertaking such support.
Active management of the existing support calls in the call logging system in order to provide a first support service to the user-base.
To contribute to the continuing development and maintenance of the knowledge database with the aim of increasing the technical skills of the wider team.
To establish and maintain productive working relationships with the wider IT TEAM community
Proactively work as a member of a team
Maintain individual performance targets

Native Dutch speaking (Fluent is also acceptable)
Proven 1st line desktop support experience.
Holding or working towards formal technical qualification(s).
Very broad technical knowledge on a wide range of products
In-depth knowledge of standard business applications (eg, Microsoft/Lotus/etc).
A strong orientation toward the customer service industry gained from previous roles.
Excellent communication skills, especially in telephone techniques
Self motivated and directed, with ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high
Pressured environment.
Proven analytical and problem solving ability.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
