**BUSINESS ANALYST/CONSULTANT CONTRACTOR NOW REQUIRED (HR POLICIES AND CHANGE)** FINANCIAL SERVICES (BUSINESS CHANGE ANALYST)

Business Analyst now required (Financial Services). Our client is now looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a large programme. You will need to have had solid business analysis experience within the HR and Financial Services field. As well as strong stakeholder management skills you will be responsible for gathering and defining business requirements around HR policies, recommendations on how to proceed in line with the subject matters. Working with the HR specialists within the business you will help define new role profiles, build the road map and new structure as well as cutlural change. You will also liase with the training team on training material.
