ROLE:

An enviable opportunity awaits for a successful Technical Manager to join a rapidly expanding SharePoint / MOSS Consultancy based in Reading, Berkshire. As the Technical Manager, you will be managing a team of developers and consultants focused on .NET and SharePoint / MOSS solutions.
This role would suit a current software development manager, strong developer, Technical Manager, Lead Consultant or team leader looking to get into, or continue, with a consulting organisation within the MS arena. You will be managing a SharePoint / .NET Development and Consulting team, client facing and overseeing the delivery and implementation of SharePoint / MOSS 2007 projects. You must have excellent communication skills as some of your time will be dealing with customers/clients and working on external projects.

EXPERIENCE:

As a Technical Manager, you must have a proven in delivery MS solutions and managing teams. You must also have strong development and implementing experience of ASP.NET Web solutions, and SharePoint / MOSS skills. Full training provided, however any qualifications in MCSD, MCAD, MCTS or MCITP are desirable. Any experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 2.0/3.0, Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003 / 2007 would be

This role is based in Reading, Berkshire, but commutable from Slough, High Wycombe, Staines, Maidenhead, Newbury and Basingstoke, West London, Hampshire, Oxfordshire or Buckinghamshire. Candidates must be able to commute to the office.

Salary £50 - 60k basic + excellent benefits + progression
