Data Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity for a numerate and analytical individual to join a leading retailer at their Manchester location.

Role and Responsibilities

• Be one of key contacts for requests/support for E-Business email marketing team
• To produce all management information accurately and in a timely manner and to be able to develop reports, suggest improvements, and discrepancies where necessary.
• Production of analysis with conclusions & recommendations for decision support requests and tests as required.
• Define email program data insight requirements based on strategic objectives
• Define data sources & fields required for data insight analysis
• To make actionable recommendations for improved email segmentation and optimisation tests
• Provide selection criteria for mailings when required
• Research and implement recommendations to improve email data hygiene
• Project management, including the brief, the analysis and the implementation skills
• Assist in the training of technical skills of other individuals within the team.

The successful candidate will be degree educated in a relevant discipline such as mathematics or statistics and have a proven analytical>

Experience

• Must have 1-2 years experience SQL / technical experience
• Analytical
• Able to take a brief, complete analysis, and implement
• Strong influencing skills are critical
• Excellent communication skills
