Head of Service Delivery

Head of Managed Services/Head of Service Delivery.
Basic £55k - £60k plus benefits.

A leading organisation requires a Head of Managed Services/Service Delivery to manage the multiple work streams that delivery managed services to multiple clients.

You'll be responsible for liaising across a variation of sub divisions within this leading company to ensure the high calibre delivery of managed services.

It is essential that you have experience managing 'Service Delivery Managers', 'Help Desk Managers' and Shift Managers. Additional requirements will include monitoring service delivery performance, suggesting & implementing changes and over seeing change programmes.

ITIL certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL framework is essential. A suitable applicant will have a working within one or more of the following, consultancy or service provider or a large end user.
