Web Developer with Design

My client a new media agency based in Surrey is looking for a Web Developer with design. The candidate must be able to drive to the site as it is not in close proximity to any train stations. They need to be more on the programming side than design side although both would be good but not essential

Skills required: 
HTML, CSS, Email Design and Coding, Email campaigns and Flash, although not essential although would be beneficial
