Senior Business Analyst- Telecoms-West London

This is a permanent position with a well established telecommunications business based in West London.

Our clients are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst.

They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive performance of others.

In this role the Senior Business Analyst must come from a strong Telecommunications with experience in Fixed Lines and Broadband.

Essential experience:

• Experience in Customer relationship management, preferably in Chordiant
• Experience of Waterfall and Use Cases.
• Experience in UML and the effective use of it to capture requirements to successfully deliver technology projects
• Excellent communication skills, an individual who can communicate on all levels on an individual level as well as to a group.
• Has a proven track record as a Business Analyst
• Has excellent time management skills and is adaptable to ever changing environments
