Operations Analyst

(Operations Analyst, VMS, NetIQ, Cisco Works, Windows, Oxford)

Roc Search are looking for an Operation Analyst based in Oxford for a 3-6 Month contract. You will be responsible for the monitoring and reactioning to, automated alerts in order to maintain the integrity business critical services and core network Infrastructure. Provide operational support in the form of daily, weekly and monthly application processing along with the associated backups. Manage the day to day running and security of the Data Centre.

Experiance:
Good overall IT knowledge and awareness
Beneficial: knowledge of monitoring tools such at NetIQ, Sitescope and HP Open View
Good knowledge of operating systems such as VMS, UNIX and WINTEL
Good organisational and business awareness and communication skills.
