As a senior C++ programmer you should have strong programming and design skills coupled with a keen eye for architecture. The main programming language required is C++ coupled with associated design methodologies.

Fast growing, green technology (cleantech) company seek an experience C++ Programmer/Architect. You should be able to specify, recommend and develop information systems for implementation of the clients products. In addition, architect and design the implementation of their production information systems.

Role/Responsibilities

*Take an end-to-end, top down view of designing network-based applications including database design; network communications; resilience issues;
*Thorough understanding of programming network applications and related protocols e.g. HTTP, SNMP , layers 1-4 of the TCP/IP stack.
*Database programming skills (e.g. SQL) on Windows and Linux.
*Strong ability and in structured programming such as C++ and associated design methodologies.
*Linux / Windows Systems administration

Qualifications: Preferably Computer Science/Software Engineering degree or equivalent experience
