Contracts Manager

Marcus Donald Associates are seeking a Contracts Manager to work for aN international organization within the Education and Training sector.

The candidate will have experience of work based learning delivery (NVQ's etc) and an appreciation of the LSC and post 16 workforce development strategies.

Your role will be to promote performance through contact management of a network of approved training providers to ensure the effective spend of LSC/Obective1 training fund. Contract management experience within another sector is highly desirable. You will be monitoring provider performance in accordance to the risk banding system so experience in performance management is essential.

You will be supporting senior management to review LSC contracts and day to day you will be assessing and agreeing provider profiles, forecasting delivery outcomes. You will be educating and supporting providers via the delivery of presentations on new contract requirements as wells as facilitating workshops to aid providers development and understanding of contract requirements. You must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and possess well developed interpersonal and relationship management skills.
