Relationship Manager - Bournem

Excellent opportunity to join a top tier-banking organisation within their Premier/Private banking division based in the Bournemouth Area in Dorset.
 
Within this role you will be responsible for proactively building and develop a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing advice upon a broad range of financial matters, in order to maximise the level of client service & provision of cross sales opportunities for a variety of products and services.
 
This is a high performing team who are looking for a dedicated, sales driven professional with business development experience to drive their leading product proposition to the market and win value enhancing market share and drive profitability on behalf of the bank.
 
The key responsibilities within this role include:
 

- Portfolio management of  between 200 - 600  high net worth active clients whilst developing further new clients though various networking methods
- Completing reviews and customer needs and sales opportunities
- Personal Lending Authority for fully competent colleague: £25k unsecured, £50k secured - increasing with evidence of proficiency in role
- Proactive completing client reviews ensuring their expectations and requirements are achieved, and sales targets and service levels exceeded

- Candidates must have a sound knowledge of banking/financial services and an understanding of risk and control.
- Significant experience in a customer facing role and an in depth knowledge of financial services and the banking industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial knowledge, awareness of High Net Worth market place
- Experience if managing personal performance against Management Information
- A passion for exceeding expectations
Candidates:
Ideally candidates will be able to display a strong knowledge of the banking/finance sector and be able to demonstrate a proven record of achievement of working within a highly targeted sales based position.
