Area Manager

Our client is a leading top tier-banking organisation on the search for talented sales managers to lead and develop teams within their retail and business banking divisions within their South region (Sussex/Hampshire)
 
Working within a forward thinking, passionate and established team you will be an integral part of the business's success.  Reporting to the Regional Director you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic business plans to increase business performance within sales, service and risk and ensure your team consistently perform to the best of their abilities. 
 
Key responsibilities will include:
*Line managing 15 - 20 FTE, to deliver challenging business results across a balance scorecard
*Conduct regular and effective performance reviews, including coaching, feedback and observations
*Analyse and interpret all Management Information pertaining to your team's performance against targets
*Design and implement an appropriate strategy to deliver against the regional income and service targets

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to develop their skills and experience within sales management and develop towards a Regional Directors position. 
 
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:
 
*An in-depth knowledge of banking/finance needs based selling and experience remote management
*A proven track record of leading teams to success across a balance scorecard within retail/business banking or similar sector
*Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
A passion for exceeding expectations
