Senior Oracle DBA

Our client is looking for a Senior Oracle DBA with strong unix and middleware experience.

The DBA will work within the Strategic team and will be responsible for setting up and managing the environments for the strategic projects.  

Required skills:

• 10 years + Oracle DBA experience 9 to 11g Experience performance tuning on 2 and 3 tier architecture Experience of using Oracle grid
• Experience of installing / configuring Oracle application server and Glassfish application server
• Experience of deploying code with JCAPS or JDEVELOPER Experience in setting up and managing test environments SUN Solaris and tuning
• This will also include performance tuning, installing application server, applying releases, plan and support implementation changes
