C# ASP.Net Developer - Guildford - Web Developer - £30k -35k.

My Client is one of Europe's leading IT Solution providers within the Telecoms / Media sector. They are looking for bring on an experienced C# Developer to join the growing Development Team.

The role will include the development of new web applications and web services across a broad spectrum. Some of the work will be highly visible consumer facing websites; other projects will be back-end web-based administration sites and others will be back-end web services. Examples of my client's recent work that this role would have had exposure to include:

* Digital content kiosks rolled out across the Middle East including a full on-line content management suite for digital content.

*Multi-channel (web & mobile) corporate site.

*Public facing website for well-known household brand.

* Mobile websites for companies like Teletext, Mamma Mia & MasterCard and various educational institutes.

* Mobile location based services e.g. find my nearest service for companies like KFC & Starbucks.

* Content management integration for the Teletext website
.
The role may also include development for core platforms including:

* SMS services including competitions.

* Mobile websites for people like Teletext, KFC and Starbucks.

* Mobile location based services e.g. find my nearest.

* Mobile voucher services including buymeadrink.com.

Being a relatively small and very dynamic company you will need to be able to pick up things very quickly and take responsibility for your work in terms of content, quality and timely delivery. You will need to have a questioning mindset and be able to look creatively and independently for solutions to problems. You will need to be very proactive and be able to work with a minimum of supervision.

The candidate will have 2-3 years commercial .Net development experience (C# ASP.Net). Previous experience of working on projects and with Clients is required. An IT related degree (or equivalent) is also required for this role.
