Located: Bracknell / M4 corridor
Salary: £40-50,000 + benefits

Our client is a leading provider of contact centre software solutions, including workforce optimisation, performance management and incentive management. They are about 40 people in the UK and a turnover of £7 million, they can boast a large number of blue chip clients, including BT, British Gas, Orange, and Cable & Wireless.

They are looking for two software testers.

The candidate will be ISEB certified (practitioner preferred) and will have strong experience software testing large enterprise applications CRM / ERP and web based applications
Ideally you will have skills using RFT in the non 'record and playback' capability. As an alternative my client will look at someone who can use Java to test applications. ie. script in Java to test fields within applications.
Other desirable skills are:
Ability to design and implement a test strategy
Rational & functional testing (IBM Rational Suite)
Hands on tester, proactive individual
Ability to configure testing environments
Manual, performance, load, regression and security testing
Clear communicator with excellent written and spoken English
Client facing and capable of producing excellent documentation
Web knowledge, V-model experience, other methodology experience
