Support Analyst

SUPPORT ANALYST - Halifax

An excellent opportunity has arisen in this well established organisation for a Java analyst (Support).
Applicant must have experience in Java (J2EE) and excellent customer care skills. Experience can be gained at University. Good communication skills essential.

The main task of this role would be to take ownership of all assigned incidents and handle them in accordance with agreed Management Policy and customer SLA's
The essential skills for this role are as follows:
IT related degree or proven knowledge in this area
Good fault diagnosis and resolution experience
Good understanding of development lifecycle
Knowledge and use of Java web based technologies.
Understanding of Unix/Linux
Understanding of SQL
