Oracle Business Intelligence Developer - up to £40k - Worksop

An opportunity has arisen to join this fantastic organisation that is experiencing positive change. The Oracle Business Intelligence Developer will join a small team, responsible for the ongoing development and enhancement of the company's Business Intelligence systems. The Oracle BI Developer will design, develop and test new reports/ dashboards and ETL processes as requested by the business and as defined by new BI Project work. Data - to ensure the data integrity of the date warehouse and all reports / dashboards.

Key Accountabilities.
*Design and development of new business reports and dashboards based on the existing Oracle data warehouse.
*Design and development of new ETL processes for the integration of new source and target systems with the data warehouse
*Perform system, UAT and performance testing of new and existing developments to ensure accurate and efficient operation and satisfy user acceptance criteria
*Drawing on latest thinking and industry know-how to utilise Oracle BI tool sets for optimum efficiency and functionality
*Provide Operational support for the data warehousing applications, including quarantine maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring and data fixing
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
*Extensive experience of developing reports and dashboards in the Oracle OBIEE application suite
*Extensive experience of developing ETL processes in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and/or Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB)
*Experience of Quality Assurance procedures involved in application testing including: System and End to End testing and Performance testing
*Experience of performance tuning of OBIEE reports and dashboards using materialised views and aggregated tables
*Experience of PL/SQL scripting for data investigations and data fixing
*Presentation of Complex business data in easy to use reports and dashboards
*Utilisation of the Oracle BI tool set in the most efficient and effective manner to produce accurate and performant business reporting
*Analysis and resolution of data integrity issues to ensure that the data warehouse represents the single business truth
