Our client who specialise in collaborative problem solving and Innovation management require a new Domino Administrator to join their team.

The Domino Administrator will assist with the management and growth of the Domino infrastructure, and will set up new client implementations in a SaaS (software as a service) environment. As well as requiring experience of upgrading, managing and tuning Domino servers, this role will also require a good deal of non-Domino work, such as server setup, network configuration (experience with load balancing and VPNs is useful but not
required) and phone system configuration (which is VOIP based and uses Asterisk - experience useful but not required).

This candidate will also be responsible for some third level customer support over the phone and via email, and there will be occasional need for out-of-hours support of the server infrastructure.

This candidate should be flexible and be able to handle junior to senior responsibilities based on client's needs.

This candidate will also be responsible for some customer support and building out the companies infrastructure to include some experience with phone systems (they are using VOIP and Linux based phone system).

Essential skills include;
-experience with Lotus Notes/Domino 6.5 and 7.0
- some customer support experience
- an understanding of windows based networking

Successful applicants must have a great get it done attitude and be flexible in taking on challenging duties within the team. Salary offered can be up to £40k, but for an exceptional Domino Administrator with a strong Networking and Infrastructure salary could be negotiated higher. Company do offer some flexi-time, occasional home working and a chance to learn new skills within the role.
