IT Support Analyst

Marcus Donald Associates are currently seeking an IT Support analyst to work for one of our clients based in the central area. You will be supporting 200 users and be the first point of contact for support. You will be required to log calls and remotely troubleshoot any problems they have with their applications. You Will also be required to provide onsite support. You will need to have experience with call logging applications, MS Office Applications, MS Exchange Server 2003/2007 and Microsoft Operating Systems.
