Salary - £24,000 - £40,000pa

Our client is a world leader in the Renewable Energy Power Generation operation and development projects. The company plans, builds and operates renewable power generation facilities, and aims to vigorously grow its renewable energy capacity in the UK and Continental Europe.

Our client is currently setting up a process and organisation unit to guide the company on its fast growth path from a process, structural and IT-perspective. The department is the central lead and service provider for the harmonization and planned evolution of all processes and structures as well as for the IT-based workflow management of the to-be process map. The department has a direct impact on the overall future performance of its main task, to create and maintain a scalable and IT-enabled global operating model.

To strengthen the new organizational unit our client is looking for a junior and a senior Process and Organisation Analyst.

Main Purpose of the job

*Steer and manage projects in the area of harmonization of processes, structures and IT-applications
*Conduct process analysis, create process documentations and support workflow automation
*Direct and manage the realisation of the planned evolution of global client from a process, structure and IT-perspective
*Act as interface to all our clients departments for questions of process and structural harmonization
*Drive the harmonisation of processes and structures compliant with our client's guidelines across the entire business
*Represent the department's interests in relevant leadership boards
*Define strategic objectives and timeline for harmonisation of processes and structures
*Direct and execute the documentation of to-be processes
*Proactively collaborate with process owners and other stakeholders

Person Specification

*Considerable experience in managing process and organisation related projects, preferably in the field of renewable energy or utilities
*Open communication and intercultural experience
*A degree or equivalent in engineering economics; additional degrees or qualifications in business administration or technical areas welcome; alternatively other business or technical qualification
*Flexibility and motivation to visit sites across Europe
*Creative, target and team orientated
*Excellent language skills in German and English, additional languages welcome

*Profound knowledge of standard MS office software and specific software packages for the management and documentation of processes and structures (significant experience of ARIS experience is a must)
*SAP affinity welcome
