Transmission Engineer

A Transmission Engineer is urgently required by fast expanding private sector organization who have recently posted superb figures and are now looking at taking a greater share of their market.

Working as part of a specialized transmission network team, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line operations you will be responsible for the resolution of all faults or where necessary progression services to their 3rd line teams.

You will currently have an in-depth knowledge of real time operations within transmission environments. You will have a strong understanding of Networks Management systems (NMS). My client is expecting all candidates to have strong 2nd / 3rd line knowledge and experience of SMA series equipments, Nortel DWDM and Ciena CWDM, Nokia PDH systems including SXC's.
