Junior Developer, C#, SQL, ASP.NET, Surrey, Graduate, T-SQL

A leading Consultancy based in Surrey seeks a talented Junior Developer, with SQL, C# & ASP.NET skills.

You be based from the Surrey office or on client site, possibly for extended periods, so willingness to travel is essential. You will support the Technical Lead developing bespoke applications and solutions, as well as being able to produce core C# / SQL components independently using existing objects and code. The role will vary depending on the project, but will include ASP.NET (C#) and/or SQL Server related tasks, in order to contribute to delivery of enterprise-level applications.

Candidates MUST have 1) Related degree or equivalent experience and some commercial experience in a similar role, 2) Experience developing applications / databases plus associated areas e.g. server / network maintenance and configuration (Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003), IIS6/7 & SQL Server 2005/2008, DNS & email, 3) Good experience using SQL / T-SQL, ASP.NET, C#, HTML & CSS, 4) Experience with .NET 3.5 or 3.0, 5) Good client facing skills & 6) Core production skills, HTML, CSS and basic image editing.

Also desirable are XML, XSLT, JavaScript, Visual Studio 2005 / 2008, SQL Server 2005 / 2008, IIS 6 / 7, Visio & Visual SourceSafe.
