As part of Global software implementation my client is looking for a number of experienced SABA business Analysts with experience. The Business analysts will help to assist with the implementation of SABA. (SABA is a specialist software product for people management and productivity across learning, Web conferencing, enterprise social networking. performance management, compensation planning, and talent management.)

Candidates must have direct experience of working with the SABA product and worked with similar learning tools in a large corporate environment. Business analysis skills spanning both technical and functional disciplines will be key for successful candidates. Due to the size and complexity of the programme you will have to be flexible in the role you perform - understanding of how SABA interfaces with PeopleSoft will be a big advantage.
