The Company:

The Role:
As Support Technician/Technical Support you will be first point of contact for customer queries and issues. As such you will:
* Provide technical Support on the company's Multivalue Database Products throughout the UK
* Organise technical reports
* Liaise with customers on product up dates
* Work with 3rd party resellers
* Have National scope

The person:
As support technician you will have the skills and experience deal with queries relating to the companys product range. As such you will need:

* ***Experience of Databasic/D3/Pick****

* Have commercial experience using Multi-value databases is a plus
* Be very IT literate
* Been in a role where you provided support or support was your main function
* Have some or all of the Desirable Skills listed above.

Must have knowledge and experience of Databasic/PICK/D3. MUlti-value databases
