The role as Customer Insight Manager / Team Leader - Hertfordshire / London border

Excellent opportunity for a highly numerical individual with an analytical and Team Leading experience within an Insight / Customer Intelligence role to drive and lead insightful analysis that will improve the performance of this massive £multi-million supply-chain process which requires a high level of numerical / insight input.

Within your team you will work on projects tackling highly complex and business-critical issues in the supply-chain arena and have the opportunity to work in an exciting and growing blue-chip environment alongside experts in their field.

The suitable applicant will have an analytical and may be working as a Consultant, Project Manager, Senior Insight Analyst and so on within a reporting unit (e.g. finance, supply-chain, sales forecasting, banking, commercial, etc). However the key will be that you will be comfortable with handling large volumes of data and analysis in order to provide the business with regular reports and insight which will help improve efficiency.

The successful applicant will have both the intellectual acumen and the communication skills to understand and explain complex concepts.
