Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £60-70K (over £80K package) + blue-chip benefits

Skills: Architecture, Integration, either EAI, ESB, ODS, ETL, SOA, Web Services, Additional exp. which would be a bonus - TOGAF, UML, RUP, etc. Roles as Enterprise and Solutions Architects available depending on the individual.

The role as Architect - Enterprise / Solutions Exp - Hertfordshire Blue-chip

Excellent opportunity for Architects with experience in providing Enterprise or Solutions experience within any of the above areas to join this Market Leading Blue-chip based in Hertfordshire and working at the cutting edge of technology within this Strategy & Architecture division.

You will be reporting to the Lead Architect for the business and work as part of the Strategy & Architecture team, leading the creation of the Integration architecture for the operating model.

You will be expected to create the Strategic Enterprise Architectures and to drive and govern solution architectures in the area specifically in relation to Integration. This will entail producing Integration Roadmaps, Principles Policies, Standards and guidelines as well as future strategy.

To be successful in this challenging role, you will be willing to influence the business and technical teams. A pragmatic approach is essential in the highly business focused environment of the business.

Additional responsibility within this challenging and varied role will include:
- High Level design solutions for the Operating Model.
- Maintenance of the Corporate Data Architecture
- Maintenance of the Corporate Integration Architecture
- Support in the creation of Business Domain and Country Roadmaps
- Support key Solution Architecture activity within the IT Programmes

A breadth of understanding of architectural issues including experience of two or more of the following will also be required however personality and drive is key:

Application Architecture
Data Architecture
Integration architecture and Strategy
Technical Architecture
Enterprise Architecture techniques and frameworks
Enterprise Data Model
