Fantastic opportunity for a Change Manager to join this entrepeneurial blue-chip which is currently driving a significant programme of change looking at how they run IT.

As a result they need an experienced Transformational Change Manager to help take them through this journey, playing a fundamental role in the future success and growth of the business and offering great opportunity for long-term career progression.

The specifics of this role include:

Managing multiple change projects concurrently
Full analysis of the current process and the need for change / gap analysis
Actively promotes and champions change to improve existing performance
Generates innovative solutions, which continuously improve the performance of existing resources, processes or services
Is flexible and adaptable in changing circumstances
Manages and sustains change process in a structured way
Manages resistance to change positively
The successful candidate will be expected to work within a Matrix structure alongside an offshore team. To lead transformation projects across IT and other areas of the business developing the change strategy in line with existing plans.

To succeed you will combine good academic experience and solid commercial experience within a large scale environment (all industries welcome) or within a consultancy, working on multiple projects within a challenging and rewarding environment.

As an experienced professional, you will demonstrate that you have proven experience managing successful transformation projects, experience managing complex priorities across multiple change projects, strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and the capability to actively promote change.

Experience of Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology would be desirable and this role may involve some travel.
