Role ~ Storage Area Network (SAN) and Backup Consultant / 3rd Line Support/ Technical Analyst / Support Engineer


A Storage Area Network (SAN) and Backup Consultant / 3rd Line Support/ Technical Analyst / Support Engineer is required by a national telecommunications company, to be based in their Midlands offices. This role requires strong working knowledge of SAN infrastructure and Enterprise Backup technologies.

This fantastic opportunity will require the Technical Analyst / Storage Area Network (SAN) and Backup Consultant / 3rd Line Support / Support Engineer to be a final escalation point to business users across multiple sites. This role will be providing day-to-day, business as usual support, with some project work. The candidate will have worked within a multi-location company, with a strong in infrastructure and network support as well SAN Storage and Back up technologies. The successful candidate will also have has exposure to virtualisation and LAN switching technologies.
