Technical Support Analyst - German speaking

German speaking Technical Support Analyst required, to provide technical support to clients in an international environment.
As Technical Support Analyst you will be fluent/bilingual to a native equivalent level (written & spoken) in German and to a business-level in English. Knowledge of any other European languages (in particular French or Spanish) a plus.
You will be competent in the following internet technologies: - HTML, JavaScript, TCP/IP, HTTP, TFP, SMTP, SQL, and DNS, combined with Windows and UNIX operating systems. Awareness of the following skills would be beneficial: - Flash, PERL and Access.
You must have had previous experience as Technical Support in 1st and 2nd line in a technical product/application support role. Any existing knowledge of DREAM mail, DREAM or any email marketing solutions would be advantageous, though not essential.
The purpose or your role as technical support analyst is to provide quality and responsive post implementation technical support for Interactive email products & services to International clients in EMEA regions. You will use your excellent client facing skills to build strong relationships both internally and externally. This exciting new position would suit a candidate that is keen to learn and research different technologies and may have previous website/marketing support.
