Application Support Analyst - London - Competitive/Market Rates - 2nd Line support

2nd line support, XML, Oracle SQL

My client, a leader in the field of communication and entertainment, has a need for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join their team. As an Application Support Analyst/Engineer you will ensure all production systems and relevant projects are supported.

You will be reporting to the Application Support Manager,
-providing 2nd line support and enhancements for all applications supported by the team.
-supporting all production systems and achieving the agreed SLA's for availability and recovery
-working with clients to resolve issues and be able to take ownership for solution and issue resolution

You will be a bright graduate with extensive IT application support experience. Having gained experience working with XML & Oracle SQL, having proven experience of full lifecycle delivery and the ability to work well in a team environment while remaining highly motivated, personally.
