Project Co-Ordinator - Blue Chip Client

Computer People are currently recruiting on behalf of a large Blue Chip client for a part-time Project Co-Ordinator to be based on their Loughborough site.

The key objective is to assist and support the project leader and project team, to ensure the team can maximise time spent on managing and delivering the project. The role will involve project office support, taking primary responsibility for project specific administrative tasks. Responsibilities will vary during the project lifecycle, but would be expected to include:
Maintain the project plan/timeline.
Establish and co-ordinate the change management process in a project
Establish reports to Monitor project costs, resource utilisation and schedules to ensure that targets are achieved.
Organise meetings and conferences in support of project activities (preparation of agendas, recording of minutes and actions)
Document configuration management collation, tracking and storage of project documentation. Ensuring a professional document is finalised with all relevant references/approvals.
Administer Project eRoom (or equivalent).
Collate input for project progress reports.
Maintain the project risk and issue register - ensure mitigation plans are in place.

Applicants will need a good project co-ordination with your CV clearly demonstrating previous similar responsibilities. You must also have commercial experience of using MS Project and carrying out costing / budgeting. Candidates who do not show this experience will not be considered.
