Project Analyst

The role is responsible for the logging and progressing the various requests from the business for the delivery of IT project build activity. The role provides liaison between internal resources, Suppliers and internal IT hosting & run teams and owns the toolsets that provide the logical framework for the various processes.

*manage & log requests from internal customers (i.e. BU-IT, ISM and product competency centres);
*manage RFQs from suppliers;
*submit quotes to internal customers or projects for approval
*Assign activities to appropriate operational or project resources
*Ensure that time sheet capture is set up and either managed or assigned to a PM/Workstream lead to manage
*Manage resource utilisation
*Hold regular review meetings with suppliers on performance and KPIs
*Provide reporting to management team
*Own and maintain the various databases used for process
*Own and maintain the document pro forma and document repository
*Own the definition and communication of the processes used in progressing RFQs and the assignment of work and recovery of resource costs.

At least 1 years experience in IT and experience of IT Project Management
*Preferably educated to A level standard or equivalent
