IT CONTRACT CO-ORDINATOR - IT RESELLER - LONDON

Operating from headquarters in London, with additional offices in the City, Basingstoke, Exeter, Swansea and Middle East.
As IT Contracts Co-ordinator you will be responsible for accurately tracking and managing our IT maintenance contracts to ensure they are created, amended and renewed in a timely efficient manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Provide relevant administrative support services across all contract requests
·Maintaining central contract records and producing monthly reports for the Project Management Office and relevant department heads
·Creating, monitoring, signing off and reporting on all contracts.
·Creating, monitoring and obtaining internal sign-off of all agreement documentation within the required deadlines.
·Ensuring all Agreement/contract documentation processes are followed.
·Create specific documentation based on standardised templates in MS Word / PDF.
·Liaising with Sales teams, client and any required legal teams to create contracts and adhere to company standard Terms and conditions
·Ensure all documentation is correctly formatted.
·Assist in the qualification of contract opportunities.
·Advise on the structure, writing and format of contracts, introducing corporate templates and standards.
·Review client feedback and areas of improvement to the existing processes.
·Implement improvements to the processes.
·Organise document production to meet response deadlines.
·Provide a formatting and proof reading service.
·Co-ordinate document review process and feedback.
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
·Excellent organisational / planning skills
·Excellent communication skills
·Strong process reporting skills
·Good knowledge of IT software including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Visio and SharePoint.
·Strong delegation skills
·Strong MS Office skills
·Understanding of the sector & company bid processes
·Understanding of service offerings proposed
·Strong administrative experience.
·Experienced at working in a team environment a necessity.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
·IT contract management experience
·Tender writing experience
·2 years of relevant experience in similar role
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
·Degree qualified
·Excellent writing and copy creation skills
·Articulate and numerate
·Ability to work under pressure
·Ability to focus on a number of diverse responsibilities and prioritise tasks
·Ability to implement and manage change
