Contract Manager

To manage the client relationship on a day-to-day basis, ensuring contract compliance and the provision of correct service levels and reporting. Working closely with Customers to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators
Manage the contractual compliance of the account through agreed reporting against set KPI's, suggesting improvements and changes to existing arrangements when appropriate.
Work closely with customers to establish requirements & volume forecasts and communicate these effectively through the Paragon business.
At least 25% of the Contract Managers time will be spent in face-to-face meetings with clients. The building of an effective contacts network within the customer is essential in the effectiveness of this role.
Manage regular customer review meetings to review performance, issue fully detailed action reports and developing new activity in the account.
The resolution of all client issues, invoicing queries, aged debt position and service failures are the responsibility of the Contract Manager. This will involve close working and co-operation with the Account Supervisors and their teams, the Customer Service Manager, Operations, Finance, Logistics and other internal departments.
Effective communications and relationship building with all departments throughout Paragon.
The production of management reports, including customer Key Performance indicators, and the distribution and presentation of this performance level to the customer.
Ownership of the Customer Profit and Loss account; Maximising profit by ensuring that the correct pricing is applied and updated on the account at all times. Responsible for planning and execution of annual price reviews.
Review of operational processes and Practices to ensure that the best, most cost effective, service level is maintained for the client. Seeking out potential cost savings for the client.
