The Company
The company is a leading developer of renewable energy projects worldwide focusing on onshore and offshore wind projects as well as emerging renewable technologies. They plan to construct and operate renewable energy assets globally and are now recruiting for a Managing Director, Senior Manager to give direction and leadership for the business in the European Offshore Arena.

The Role
As a senior member of the management team you will lead the way implementing the company's objectives into the European marketplace. You will be familiar with health and safety regulations across wind parks and promote all policies related to this.
You will be involved in all activity reports as well as financial reports, determining the company's progress in Europe and reviewing these against the current climate.
The successful candidate will represent the company at European Offshore meetings and promote the company through various media sources; therefore, you will oversee all HR practices and ensure that they are all up to date and fully complaint.

The Candidate
The candidate will currently be in a senior management position and looking to move on to a forward thinking, globally expanding company.
Essential attributed for the role are;
" Strong General Management skills, proof of building and leading a strong management team
" Must come from a power, engineering or renewable
" Possess a relevant degree in either business or their chosen industry.
" Some knowledge of the offshore arena
" Worked at International level
