DX10 Senior Driver Design Engineer (GP78)

The Role

Overview Description
To work as part of a team responsible for developing driver software for next generation graphics hardware and other licensed hardware IP.

Primary responsibilities will include

• Design and development of DX10 device drivers to drive our current and next generation graphics cores
• Performance and Optimisation of the driver code
• Working closely within the team and liaising externally with other research and development teams
• Architectural and functional documentation

Required Skills

• Excellent C programming skills
• Experience with Windows Driver programming
• Some in Computer Graphics

Desirable Skills

• Vista Driver Model
• 3D Graphics experience

Operating System

• Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7

Qualifications
BSc in Engineering or Computing with up 8+ years experience
