The Company
The company who are market leaders in the supply and generation of renewable energy sources seek a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Wind Farm Project Manager, Construction Project Manager. A worldwide operation established in their market place but with further expansion planned. The industry is very buoyant and growing rapidly with the investment in technology and reduction of energy costs at the forefront of every industry and government worldwide.

The Role
As Project Manager you will have full responsibility of the project from concept to completion and handover to the operations and maintenance team. You will provide specifications regarding civil and electrical works and provide a framework including time scales and costs. You will be the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring that the project is delivered on time as well as ensuring that all H&S, legislation and derivatives and CDM regulations are adhered to.
It is essential that you have experience of complex, turnkey projects and can prove this at interview.
Candidates must be from an electrical/civil/mechanical

The Candidate
This role requires you to have minimum 3 years experience of managing projects in excess of £1 mil.

You must have experience of managing sub-contractors, carrying out risk assessments and be able to handle large projects. A current understanding of CDM regulations and FIDIC standards are a bonus.
Experience of working in the renewable or oil & gas arena is essential.
