ISP Support Engineer - Leicestershire, East Midlands. Network solutions provider are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work on both installing and supporting a variety of technologies for clients. This is a 2nd line role primarily providing
telephone support. You will have excellent knowledge of DSL networks and routers and internet services, Windows / Linux operating systems, IIS, SQL and Citrix. You will have knowledge of DNS, RADIUS and email administration. You will have excellent
communications skills and telephone manner and be capable of accepting responsibility and working as a team member and ability to work to performance targets. You will also be expected to travel to customer sites to install equipment such as routers.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE would be advantageous and a driving license is essential. Knowledge of how a telecoms / networking company / ISP business operates would also be advantageous. This is very urgent - please send your CV ASAP!
