Key to this will be the successful delivery of a number of strategic initiatives, to ensure these programmes of work are as effective as possible we currently have a vacancy for a Document Controller with significant experience of Microsoft Sharepoint.

As Document Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

* The set-up and administration of the Sharepoint document control system.
* Preparing the document information protocol and associated procedures.
* Working closely with the PMO function to standardise the document processes and controls across all relevant projects.
* Propagation of documents and monitoring/progress chasing of required responses from recipients, and feedback to originator of the document or process.
* Maintaining the overall filing convention, updating where required and ensuring appropriate use within the programme.
* Other non Sharepoint file document management support work.

For success in this role, we would need you to have:

* Previous demonstrable experience as a Document Controller within a team environment on large scale Projects.
* Sharepoint document management skills in the role of administrator.
* An understanding of project lifecycles and interest in learning about methodologies and other programme based principles.
* Ability to effectively manage priorities and concentrate on several areas of work at one time.
* Previous experience of developing successful working relationships with a wide range of individuals, including contact at a senior level.
* Adaptability in your approach in collating data on specific audiences and presenting the data to a range of internal and external recipients.
* Self motivation and the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

You will be based in Osterley, West London however travel to other Sky locations may be required.
