Java NLP Text Data Mining Semantic Web Developer Cambridge.

Java Software Developer urgently required in Cambridge. Another brand new job just in for a Java developer. This time my client is keen to meet applicants with knowledge of data mining or semantic Web technologies.

You'll work within a small friendly team of researchers and Java developers on the design and development of web based applications and tools. Ideally with 2 years experience of web based projects using Java and open source techniques.

Essential: Java, J2EE.
Desired: Semantic Web, data mining, NLP, RDF, OWL.

Due to the complex algorithms you must have first educational and additional knowledge in some of the following: Natural Language Processing (NLP), data mining, semantic search, grid computing, data visualisation, distributed systems. RDF, OWL.

This client has a proven track record of shipping "best in engineering products and reward their staff extremely well in terms of remuneration and prospects. Depending on experience starting salary upto £30k (may go higher for exceptional candidate). Plus full suite of generous benefits.
