Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help the management team to improve the commercial performance of your store.  You will help manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and excellent store standards using our computerised stock control systems to help maximise sales and profitability.

To be successful, you should have worked in a similar fast paced environment, either at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level, and be able to demonstrate good team leadership skills.

You must have the desire to achieve set targets through the effective performance management of your team and have the enthusiasm to drive your own development ready for internal progression.
