BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST - LONDON - PUBLIC SECTOR - £35-42K

Part of central government this organisation works to provide some of our biggest manufacturers and producers with assistance to minimise the risks associated with taking their products to global markets. In return for this assistance, the companies are
then held to sets of international statutes and standards to ensure that global trade falls within regulation on environmental, corruption, and other issues, thus also functioning as a regulatory body. They are currently looking to recruit a Business
Systems Analyst who will be working in the Infrastructure department and the position will report to the Information Manager. Your key relationships will be with back office and the business group largely within the IT department, providing application
solutions to the business. Project wise, they are currently doing a re-implementation of a software solution, and also rolling out sharepoint at a local application level. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Business Systems Analysis techniques. - This is largely
not a technical BA role but knowledge of having worked with Sharepoint (MOSS), casewise or Visio, coda financials or ACBS would be a definite benefit. - Similarly, whilst not a pre-requisite experience of working in finance, insurance, or in a local /
central government environment would help you adapt to this environment quicker. - Problem solving nature, proven history of being able to work independently and be a self starter. - This is an environment where there is a tough balancing act between the
highly demanding systems users, and the quality of the solutions delivered. - Experience of dealing with third-party IT solutions providers would also be a benefit. In return for your skills and dedication, you will receive a competitive basic of between
