3x Senior Technical Support Engineer - 2nd / 3rd Line Engineer An outstanding opportunity has arisen for 3x Senior Technical Support Engineers to join a growing multinational and market-leading organisation within their head office in Berkshire. You will
be part of a team supporting their UK and international operations in Europe, North America and Australasia. You will support over 120 users in their head office, 50+ users in their international offices and also their UK datacentres. Therefore we can
only consider candidates with first customer service skills who are confident in co-ordinating relationships with 3rd parties from ISPs, DBAs and the internal web and software team. This will be a varied and challenging role and will involve
working in both 2nd and 3rd line technical support of Servers, Networks and Database applications. We are looking for 3 candidates who cover the breadth of essential skills listed below but also for each to bring specialist knowledge in Windows Server,
Networking or IT Security. Responsibilities will include: - Installation and Support of Windows Server 2003/2008 - Administration of Exchange Server - System backups and server storage - Administering and configuring network infrastructure - Managing
Cisco ASA and VPN technologies - Setup and configuration of SQL Databases - Managing Avaya Index Voice and IP gateway systems - Installation of HP Proliant hardware and Procurve network components Essential Technical skills include: - Windows Server
2003/2008 - Active Directory - Site replication, Group Policies and Roaming Profiles - Exchange Server - Experience in an ITIL environment - Routers, Switches and Firewalls (HP and Cisco) - Web Server load balancing and database mirroring - Knowledge of
Database systems preferably Oracle Any certification would be beneficial such as MCSE / MCSA, CCNA/CCNP, ASE etc. Due to the high demand and international nature of their products we require candidates who are happy to work in a shift pattern during the
