Education Consultant (Independant Sector £35,000 - £45,000 basic + OTE)

UK's fastest growing provider of pre-university and English language programmes requires an Education Consultant.  You will be responsible  for  building  key relationships with Boarding, Independent and International Schools throughout the UK to drive student recruitment.

Activities will be varied, driven by the opportunity and guided by relationships formed with key staff partner schools with the authority to counsel and refer students. Student briefings, seminars and workshops will be part of the promotional mix, drawing on the expertise of college teaching staff.

The primary goal is profitable recruitment and revenue growth and this will be the main success criteria informing assessment of performance. The Successful candidate will play a constructive role within the wider business and in particular with his/her counterpart in central admissions, marketing and academic and teaching staff to input into tactical, strategic business and programme development.

We are looking for individuals that have experience of working in the independent sector with a comprehensive understanding of the education system. The ability to liaise with Senior Academic Management and  build rapport with key decision makers.

You will have the credibility and gravitas to open doors and quickly establish effective recruitment channels, therefore a good networker with contacts in the sector is at a distinct advantage.
