of IT help desk services to RSA`s Group Corporate Centre, specifically for ensuring that key services are available and operational, meet the needs of the business and are delivered in a manner compliant with Group standards. You will manage the day to
day activities of the Service team, providing services in line with business needs, including work assignment, scheduling, quality, user satisfaction, work prioritisation and technical recovery. Responsible for leading the Service team in the development
and implementation of a true service culture in order to ensure the delivery of an exceptional service. You will direct, motivate and develop the team in order to achieve proper strategic planning and enable the realisation of team and organisational
goals. You will have experience in an IT service delivery role and of leading an IT operational team. You will also be expected to remain hands on within the position and will have proven 1st line support experience gained working within a busy service
desk / helpdesk environment. Experience support the following technologies will also be an advantage. Lotus Notes Cisco Windows XP MS Office HP Laptops You will have experience working within a similar role for a large corporate organisation.
